Website information. Squarespace and enabled website services may collect technical or usage information, such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed and website activity.

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to questions and hunting inquiries.
• Discuss trophy availability, pricing, preferred dates and hunting options.
• Plan requested experiences and manage bookings and correspondence.
• Operate, secure and improve our website and customer service.
• Maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails. If we introduce marketing messages that require consent, we will obtain the consent required by applicable law and provide a way to unsubscribe.

03 Website Inquiries and Email

Our website uses a native Squarespace Form Block. When you send an inquiry, Squarespace processes the information, retains associated form-submission records and emails the submitted details to Artesian at hunt@huntartesian.com.

Our business email is provided through Microsoft 365. Authorized representatives and website administrators may access relevant information to respond to customers and manage inquiries.

Google reCAPTCHA is enabled on our inquiry form to help reduce unwanted or automated submissions. This service may process technical information associated with its spam-prevention function.

04 Consent and Your Choices

We use information you voluntarily provide to respond to your request and for other purposes that are reasonably apparent at the time of collection. Where additional consent is required by law, we will request it.

You may contact us to ask about withdrawing consent for certain uses, subject to applicable legal or contractual requirements and reasonable notice.

Artesian uses service providers to operate and protect the website and communicate with customers, including:

• Squarespace — website hosting, inquiry-form processing, submission records and website analytics.
• Microsoft 365 — receiving, storing and managing business email correspondence.
• Google reCAPTCHA — spam prevention on our inquiry form.

Personal information may be processed, stored or accessed outside Canada, including in the United States. We are verifying additional applicable international processing locations with our service providers. Processing may include delivering and securing these services, maintaining systems, providing support and handling customer inquiries.
